All PhuckYall orders are shipped from India. Here's everything you need to know.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Note: During sale periods, new collection drops, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. We'll keep you informed via email.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not order placement. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier network issues.
You can request an address change within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing reach@bolddao.club. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot modify the address.
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, contact us within 48 hours. We will raise a dispute with the courier and resolve it within 7–10 business days.
We do not currently ship to PO boxes. A complete street address is required for delivery.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package is held at the nearest hub for 5 days before being returned to us.
