What Can Be Returned?

Unused items in original condition with tags attached
Defective or damaged items (must report within 48 hours of delivery)
Wrong item sent
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags or packaging
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Accessories (caps, tote bags) for hygiene reasons

How to Return

Contact Us

Email reach@bolddao.club within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Get Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number if approved.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Include your RMA number on the package.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us at reach@bolddao.club and we'll arrange a swap. Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer's cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, the order may already be in processing or dispatch. Contact us immediately at reach@bolddao.club if you need to cancel.

Refund to Original Payment

All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Bank processing times may vary. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us.
